"I
wanted to give you all some disturbing information on our wonderful
president. I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation which provides
hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses.
This past weekend we had our annual banquet / fundraiser event in Starkville
. "As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg
Stube, a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational
speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't
have much of a chance for survival to come. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg , NC
and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at
our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO
U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE.
Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us.. Didn't
know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. Wonder what kind of
news we all will receive next. You're just
> starting to see the Obamanation. Your religion is on the list next.? I don't know about you, but this makes me furious.
This
is just how the Nazis did it in the 30's, slowly, one step at a time.
If you don't see the similarities you are truly blind.
Do the research for yourself
There is a plethora of information available on the internet that support or deny almost any idea, theory, or faith. It is up to you to stand your ground, but, you also have an obligation to yourself to learn that which supports your ideology. It is easy to fall prey to the unscrupulous people spouting their theories, but diligently searching online and through other sources will provide information that you can digest and decide for yourself to be valid--or not. Here are some good PRIMARY sources for you to consider and peruse. Read, study, and make your choice.

Once, when I was quite young, someone asked me HOW I could believe in GOD. Dumbfounded I looked at him and answered, "Well only GOD could have made the trees, flowers, and everything we see in nature." I thought this quite a logical answer. He countered with, really, well I can make a flower too. "How" I naturally asked. Well, this boy replied, "You just plant a seed in the dirt and it will grow." Of course I considered this briefly before laughing. Really! "OK, but make a flower without a seed, and by the way you have to make your own dirt too." The boy muttered something I won't repeat and walked away. I am still waiting for someone to 'create' from nothing. Until then, I will keep MY FAITH. | You will probably notice very quickly that I choose to use the term 'FAITH' when talking about my beliefs. Purposefully. RELIGION ( institution
to express belief in a divine power)is the product of man, as are all institutions. GOD did not give us religion. He offers us a RELATIONSHIP with HIM. I am not intending to condemn any religious beliefs or institutions. I may be proven wrong in the final accounting, but, MY FAITH instructs me to "see" and "hear" and what I see and hear within the confines of religion is not, shall we say, in sinc with what my FAITH tells me is true. So, do a little research. Ask yourself questions. For example: WHO decided to leave chapters (or books) out of the bible, and WHY? Is it possible that religious leaders discovered a good way to CONTROLL populations? If Jesus, a poor man, suggests that building wealth on earth is not the way to enter the kingdom, then why is it that, almost without exception, the religions of the world are usually among the most wealthy institutions? Just some things to consider. I respect the belief systems of others, even if I may not agree. It is not for me to judge, for that I leave to MY GOD. |
FAITH is belief that is not based on proof. It is something one feels, deep inside the core of their being. It is often illogical to others who are not so fortunate to have faith in ONE SUPREME GOD, (or whatever you wish to call our creator). So, if you truly have FAITH as small as a grain of mustard seed, you will find some of the information here of interest as it supports what you have FAITHFULLY believed all along. How inconvienient for those who consistently condemn the faithful. The burden rests on the believer to “prove” that the Bible is what it claims to be. In order to do this, it must be demonstrated that the Bible is a reliable and faithful witness, both historically and scientifically. If the Bible passes these tests, then the accusations the critics make about it are proven to be false. Decide for yourself. Here is some information that may persuade you to the side of FAITH. DID YOU KNOW: Although the Bible was written over 1,600 years by 40 different authors from widely different occupations and cultures, on varied, controversial subjects, yet they essentially agreed with each other – a phenomenon unparalleled in literature. | IF YOU REALLY NEED PROOF, IT IS OUT THERE, YOU HAVE ONLY TO SEEK IT. EVALUATION OF A "CARBONIFEROUS HUMAN CALVARIUM FOSSIL" Giants? Really? Genesis 6:4,states : "There were giants in the earth in those days; and Numbers 13:33 says, "And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight." and much more. Check it out here. The image below has been called a fake. There are many other examples on the internet these days. I have not seen incontrovertible proof that this is actually a fake, but I keep an open mind. I have found many, many, resources claiming discoveries of giant remains. What do you think? |
